White Collar Zen
(WCZ) by Dr. Steven Heine, (Professor and Director of Asian Studies at Florida International University), enjoys a wide readership among those who are interested in reclaiming teamwork in the workplace.  WCZ is a powerful tool to provide motivation, polish interpersonal skills, build collegiality, and maximize the effect of a cohesive teamwork environment by applying some the main principles of the ancient teachings of Zen Buddhism, including the Unmoving Mind, the Way of the Hermit and Warrior, and Structure and Antistructure.

WCZ shows how to resolve a crisis, create resolution of conflict and develop breakthroughs for motivation and leadership.

One of the main themes is to distinguish
instinct, which represents ordinary impulses and reflexes, from intuition, which is a level of thoughtful insight and awareness that integrates reason and inspiration.  Learn how to "listening to your gut" requires understanding fundamental distinctions between these functions.
An insightful guide to using Zen Buddhism to make your professional life more satisfying.
